2025 Yanmar YM Series YM347

After nearly 30 years, 2021 marks the return of Yanmar America’s classic YM3 tractor series, operating in the 42 to 59 horsepower range. This series features tractors for the next generation of traditionalists - those looking for the features, benefits, and 10-year warranty associated with the Yanmar brand, with a nod to their family tractor from years past.

The original YM3 series tractors were referred to as “the overachievers” – and with features like the 540 economy PTO, 2,500 lb lift capacity, and Yanmar’s proven performance link technology, that legacy continues with the YM347.

The YM347 is equipped with a 46-horsepower engine, delivering power for heavy-duty tasks, and a maximum traveling speed of up to 17.7 mph, making it ideal for both fieldwork and transport.

The YM347 strikes the perfect balance of maneuverability and power, allowing you to easily navigate your property while taking on demanding jobs.

The Synchronized Shuttle Shift allows you to quickly change between forward and reverse, providing effortless loader work. This makes it ideal for grading, material handling, and moving bales of hay. Combined with the Gear Drive transmission, the Yanmar diesel engine delivers high torque and more usable PTO power for even the toughest tasks.

The 540E PTO provides optimum operation at lower engine RPM, reducing fuel consumption. The YM347 is designed for comfort with a suspension seat, a cup holder, and an isolated mount floorboard that reduces vibration, making it ideal for all-day tasks like mowing or baling.

The YM347 is compatible with both Category 1 and Category 2 attachments, providing flexibility for a wide variety of implements. A telescopic hitch arm offers ease and convenience with small adjustments for quick attachment mounting, while heavy-duty, pin-style sway bars keep your attachments securely in place.

The lower fuel tank positioning allows for quick and easy fueling, while a larger fuel capacity ensures you spend more time working and less time refueling, increasing productivity on the field.
