John Deere’s E-Series articulated dump trucks have been redesigned with the operators comfort and ease-of-use in mind.

Features may include:

• The routing of the electrical and hydraulic systems has been significantly simplified to improve reliability while reduced hose length and number of connections considerably minimizes system complexity. Heavy-duty, purpose-built John Deere axles are lubricated, filtered, and cooled for longer life, resulting in fewer maintenance appointments.

• All daily checks and service can be done from ground level without needing to mount the machine and tie off, making your team more productive.

• Safety pins lock the dump body to the mainframe in an upright position and disengage hydraulics to prevent the body from being lowered. Operators can set limits for the rear-chassis level when unloading so that if the limit is exceeded, the dump body will not raise. In that case, a message will appear on the monitor instructing the operator to reposition the truck, taking any guesswork out of the equation.
